KK KK Automation Studio Buyer follow-up matrix for clean first orders

Buyer messages / objection handling / scope safety

Good follow-up should make the buyer calmer, not more confused.

This response matrix is used when a buyer is interested but not ready to order. It keeps replies short, practical, and honest: answer the question, show the proof asset, protect the scope, and give one clear next step.

Response matrix

Common buyer questions and safe replies.

Buyer signal What it means Safe reply Next action
"Can you guarantee sales?" They want certainty, but this is a risk boundary. I cannot guarantee sales, but I can make the offer path, lead capture, tracker, and follow-up clearer. Send buyer FAQ.
"Can you make it cheaper?" They may need a smaller starting scope. We can reduce scope, not quality. The smallest version keeps only the page structure and lead tracker. Offer Starter Lite only if it exists in the current pricing sheet.
"Can you also post content for me?" Potential add-on, not core Starter Pack. The Starter Pack includes a content calendar, not publishing. Publishing support can be added after delivery. Point to add-on menu after acceptance.
"What do I get at the end?" They need tangible delivery proof. You receive a landing page structure, lead tracker, content rhythm, follow-up notes, and a handover index. Send final download index proof.
"Can you start now?" Good intent, but inputs must be checked first. I can start after the order-ready checklist is complete, so the first delivery does not drift. Send readiness checklist.

Reply formula

Four lines are enough.

Line 1

Answer directly

Do not dodge the question or bury the buyer in theory.

Line 2

Name the boundary

Explain what is included and what becomes an add-on.

Line 3

Show the proof

Use the delivery room, workspace, FAQ, or final download index.

Line 4

Give one next step

Checklist, order, clarify one input, or pause. Never offer five choices at once.
