Offer
Can the buyer describe what they sell in one or two plain sentences?
Final gate / buyer inputs / delivery safety
The Merchant Growth Starter Pack works best when the buyer has a clear offer, a target customer, basic assets, a desired lead action, and an agreed delivery boundary. This page is the final readiness gate before work starts.
Order-ready checklist
Can the buyer describe what they sell in one or two plain sentences?
Can they name the customer type, pain point, and buying situation?
Is the desired lead action clear: message, form, booking, call, quote request, or purchase?
Do they have logo, images, product/service notes, links, proof, references, or examples?
Do they know what information they need from a new lead?
Can they review the first delivery and respond during the agreed revision window?
Do they understand that ads, extra pages, tool logins, ongoing operations, and guaranteed results are outside the first fixed scope?
Decision rule
The buyer has offer, audience, action, assets, lead fields, review availability, and boundary alignment.
One or two details are missing. Send intake questions before accepting the order.
The buyer wants guaranteed results, unlimited work, or cannot explain the offer. Move to audit or decline.
Client message
Before I start, I want to make sure the delivery is useful for you. Please confirm your offer, target customer, desired lead action, available assets, required lead fields, and that the first order is fixed scope. Once these are clear, I can turn the setup into a practical delivery room with files you can actually use.
