KK KK Automation Studio From buyer answers to delivery brief

Order control layer

Before we build, the order becomes one clear operating brief.

This is the bridge between a buyer message and real delivery. It turns scattered client answers into scope, files, risks, acceptance criteria, and the next action so the first working session does not drift.

Auto-brief sections

Every order gets the same skeleton.

Client

Business snapshot

Name, offer, target customer, current channel, current bottleneck, and the one outcome the client wants first.

Scope

Purchased deliverables

The exact package, included files, revision count, timeline, and what becomes an add-on.

Assets

Input checklist

Logo, offer text, product images, links, examples, account access needs, and missing items.

Acceptance

Done means usable

Clear acceptance criteria for landing page structure, lead capture, tracker, content calendar, and handover notes.

Sample brief

Merchant Growth Starter Pack order brief.

  • Buyer goal: turn a scattered service offer into a simple landing-page and lead-follow-up system.
  • Included: page structure, lead capture flow, 7-day content calendar, tracker sheet, delivery room.
  • Client inputs needed: offer details, target customer, existing page or profile, brand assets, proof examples.
  • Not included: paid ads, guaranteed sales, platform account risk actions, unlimited revisions, custom app development.
  • Delivery acceptance: client can open the room, see all files, understand next steps, and use the tracker without extra explanation.

Operating rhythm

The brief controls the first 48 hours.

Hour 0

Collect

Client answers intake questions and uploads required assets. Missing items are marked before work starts.

Hour 4

Confirm

Scope, exclusions, timeline, and acceptance criteria are confirmed inside the brief.

Hour 24

Build

The delivery files are created against the brief, not against scattered chat messages.

Hour 48

Handover

The client delivery room receives files, status, follow-up plan, and next action.

Hard stop

If the brief is unclear, the order does not move forward.

Hold Missing inputs

Ask only for the missing items, not a vague clarification call.

Reject Unsafe scope

Decline requests involving account abuse, fake reviews, guaranteed sales, or platform-risk behavior.
