KK KK Automation Studio Prepared outreach, human-approved sending

Human gate / safe outbound / no accidental posting

Prepare the message. Do not send until the owner approves.

This approval queue separates company preparation from public action. KK can score leads, draft messages, attach proof assets, and recommend next steps, but sending remains a human-confirmed event.

Queue fields

Every prepared outreach item needs enough context to judge quickly.

Target

Who is this for?

Lead name, source, URL, language, platform, and whether the action is public, private, or marketplace-based.

Reason

Why contact them?

One visible pain signal and one product fit. If either is missing, the item stays in clarify or discard.

Message

What would be sent?

A short draft matched to platform tone, no exaggerated claims, no guaranteed results, and no off-platform pressure.

Proof

What supports the message?

One relevant proof asset: delivery room, direct audit, lead tracker, quote sheet, or first-20 lead review.

Approval states

The queue is allowed to prepare. It is not allowed to act.

Drafted Internal only

Message exists, but proof, score, or risk note is incomplete.

Approved Manual send

The user can send it, or later authorize a tool-assisted send in that platform session.
